Having earned LEED certifications for both core and shell and commercial interiors, Valley Bank’s Headquarters stands out as a leader in the market for sustainable stewardship. The 105,780 square foot building stands six-stories tall with five floors of workplace and an activated ground floor entrance and retail space in Morristown’s condensed core and pedestrian friendly setting.   As part of Valley’s commitment to the communities it serves, it prioritized a healthy and sustainable work environment for employees and stakeholders. Developed by SJP Properties and Scotto Properties and designed by Gensler, the headquarters addresses key areas such as carbon, energy, water, waste, transportation, materials, health, and indoor environmental air quality to positively impact not only its 660 employees but the visitors, clients and community members that walk through the building every day.
