Vetra Building is an existing building located in the historic urban district of Milan. It was built in 1969. The mixed-use project includes 2 buildings directly linked. It is not your regular building Vetra Building is owned by a Prime Ita Milan-T.Srl , and will be occupied by different tenants.

Office spaces will be located from the first to fourth floor; the ground floor is planned to have office spaces or commercial spaces. The office spaces will be renovated as open spaces with the addition of renovated electrical systems, mechanical systems, ceiling and raised floor. Internal partitions and finishes of raised floor will be excluded and will be part of the scope of work of future tenants.

Sustainability is the main driver of the project and it is ensured by adopting USGBC’s LEED rating system in order to guide the design, support the construction, and lead the operation towards sustainability. Improvement of the building envelope with complete external facade renovation, attention to the occupant’s comfort, use of low flow fixture type, use of regional material and recycled material, are just some of the choices made to achieve a sustainable project.

The project will be certified under LEED v4 Core & Shell rating system, and is currently pre-certified Platinum.
