Vinson & Elkins - DC

Vinson & Elkins 128 employees occupy floors 4 and 5 within a LEED-Gold certified base building, near many options for the city’s public transportation system and several restaurants, shops, and community facilities.  The new space strives to showcase Vinson & Elkins qualities of community engagement, client dedication, and their focus on sustainability.  

The new office includes thoughtfully designed collaboration spaces demonstrating a dynamic workplace and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. Additionally, the project mindfully selected low-emitting interior finish products to ensure high indoor environmental quality for clients and employees alike. The project was also committed to occupants’ comfort, well-being, and productivity and installed 10 Carbon Dioxide sensors in densely occupied spaces to ensure and validate effective ventilation within the project.
