In early 2023, URW’s commitment to sustainability was rewarded when the Westfield Topanga Expansion Project achieved the prestigious LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This accolade recognized the recent expansion, which incorporated regional and sustainable materials, EV charging stations, and a rainwater retention system, among other innovations in design and atmosphere.
