Tower 2 of New City's Fourth Ward offices welcome WPP's 35,000 square foot world-class workspace, which has achieved LEED Gold for commercial interiors. Neighboring the Historic Fourth Ward Park and Ponce City Market, the new Atlanta Campus provides direct access to the Beltline and is surrounded by dozens of walkable shops and restaurants. The project utilized 76.19% of EnergyStar rated equipment and 86.62% occupancy sensor lighting controls, significantly enhancing floor's overall energy efficiency. Additionally, the space offers tenants with floor-to-ceiling windows and shading louvers, granting ample daylight and a connection to the outdoors, with views of Atlanta's lush greenery.
