WPT Mansfield

The Mansfield Warehouse is a new construction warehouse located at 3267 US-206, Mansfield, NJ 08022 built by WPT. The facility is a single-story building with a footprint of 768,750 SF. The building provides base LED lighting, HVAC systems, site lighting and a fully insulated building envelope as well as office spaces, a breakroom, a conference room, and two single occupancy gender-specific restrooms. The building’s HVAC system design includes 100% outside air roof top units (RTUs) in the general warehouse area and packaged units to service the office space to control temperature locally. The warehouse lighting is designed to utilize LED high bay lighting with local controls. The building site lighting includes pole and building mounted exterior LED fixtures.
