Chevrolet Campus Clean Energy Campaign - Project Development Documents (PDD)

There is one single LEED excel template, which contains separate pages each for NC, EB-A and EB-B projects so that a campus can complete the appropriate section. There are detailed instructions in each sheet for how to complete it; generally speaking the energy based data from the LEED certification documents are entered and then CO2/EUI calculations made using the EPA Target Finder (EPA TF) tool whose results are then entered into the excel template. The EPA TF findings are also saved for transfer to the certifiers. Frequently asked questions concerning the use of the templates are included for reference. Typically, the data needed to complete the PDD is generated by the excel templates so it is generally easiest to complete the excel sheet first. The project development document takes two forms: one focused on LEED buildings put forward for certification individually “LEED Individual PDD”; and a second suited to carbon credit projects that put several LEED buildings forward for certification on a grouped basis “LEED Group PDD”. Both PDD versions are included in the download folder. NOTE: to access PDD, click the DOWNLOAD button.
