LEED v4 Building Design and Construction: Transit Stations

The LEED D+C: Transit User Guide provides guidance for meeting prerequisite and credit requirements as well as details on the certification process.

Transportation is a rapidly growing sector and a critical component of physical infrastructure. It has tremendous potential for positive global impact by saving energy, water and reducing the contribution to climate change.

The LEED D+C: Transit User Guide provides guidance for meeting prerequisite and credit requirements as well as details on the certification process. Guidance applies to transit only with some terms modified to be specific to transit and not used in the LEED v4 BD+C rating system. This guide can be used to certify individual transit stations, however some policies and strategies implemented at a system level can be recognized for their contribution to the individual station performance.
