This Guidance allowed LEED v4.1 O+M projects unable to report performance data across all five categories to receive a LEED v4 O+M recertification with 12 months of data in (at least) the energy and water categories and a minimum of 40 points. The last day for teams to use this Guidance and submit data for less than five performance categories for review in Arc is December 15, 2023.
