This checklist provides a tool for reviewing and evaluating completeness of a Supplier Code of Conduct and compliance with requirements of the LEED Pilot Credit, Social Equity in the Supply Chain. The company sponsoring the Code should complete this form; it will then be used in reviewing the Code for completeness.
It is not necessary for the Code of Conduct to use the language provided in this checklist; it is necessary for the Code of Conduct to address each of the specific elements of the requirements.
