Trane TRACE® 700 apps for LEED®

The latest release of TRACE 700 continues to focus on user interaction and ease of use. The previous release saw TRACE 700 implement an ASHRAE 90.1 baseline building creator, which can significantly reduce the input time for the user. Version 6.3.1 expands functionality with the baseline building creator along with a direct report tether to LEED Online, through LEED Automation. New in TRACE® 700 (v6.3.1) TRACE LEED Automation. Automatically submit project data for EAp2, EAc1, IEQp1, and IEQc2. LEED Guide. Walks users through each input screen and offers examples for thorough understanding of both LEED v3 and v4. Watch demo Baseline Building Creator. Supports both ASHRAE 90.1-2007 and ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline building generation. Automatically created baseline buildings include 90.1 minimally compliant construction input, proportional window reduction and automatic ventilation matching. Complete sets of both ASHRAE 90.1-2007 and ASHRAE 90.1-2010 construction types, systems, and equipment. The expanded library includes ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix A assembly and construction library members as well as support for ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline systems 9 and 10. IEQc2 increased ventilation calculation can now be performed automatically (including automatic setback to minimum OA rates for baseline). LEED Energy Type can now be set in in the Base Utility library. The selection is automatically mapped to the LEED Report Base Utilities = Process or Non-process. Reports related to ASHRAE or LEED, along with LEED Automation PDF’s, are organized on a convenient single report tab. Resources:
